Doctor of Signal and Information Processing from USTC, professor level senior engineer, expert with the State Council special allowance, the executive president of iFLYTEK and the director of iFLYTEK Research, part-time professor of USTC, and doctoral supervisor, Chief expert of 863 key program of humanoid intelligence. Dr.Hu is also the executive director of National Engineering Lab for Speech and Language Information Processing.

Dr. Hu is one of the founders of iFLYTEK Co., Ltd which founded in 1999. He has been serving as executive president of iFLYTEK and the director of iFLYTEK Research since June 2009, take the lead of iFLYTEK artificial intelligence prospective project -- iFLYTEK Hyper Brain Project. Since1997, Dr.Hu has participated in several national projects, natural science fund, major Anhui Provincial, Ministerial projects and got great achievements. He obtained two Second Class Prizes of The State Scientific and Technological Progress Award, two major Technological Invention Award in Information Industry.
