Ms. HE is the Chief Executive Officer of Forebright Capital Management Limited (FCM) as well as a co-founder of the Team. She is a senior investment professional with over 20 years experience in the investment markets of Hong Kong and Mainland China. Ms. HE provides leadership to the Team, oversees the investment process, reviews and approves investment opportunities. She is a member of Investment Committee. Prior to founding FCM, Ms. HE was the Chief Investment Officer and a member of the Management Decision Committee of China Everbright Limited (CEL). She first joined Everbright Securities Company Limited in 1993. She subsequently transferred to CEL in 2000 and has since built and led the private equity business for CEL. Up to now, Ms. HE has over 20 years of experience and knowledge in securities investment and fund management. She obtained master degree from Shaanxi Finance and Economics Institute. She is one of the earliest professionals in finance in China since Deng Xiaoping's reform.
